You sir, are an expert.

This is prolly the best 8-bit cover of any song...period. You sir, are a genius.

It's....so....good.....

Original and just over all good. I only have a problem with the drums, sometimes it hard to pick up the beat (or maybe thats just me), but everything is spot on. I tried to get a general idea of what the lyrics were going to sound like, but sometimes it seemed like they were to long to sing along with. The guitars are sick, everything is really good. Good job, keep up the good work.

whooty2 responds:

thanks :D

You love strings and so do I.

Execution of the strings in most of your songs are spot on and just simply great to listen to...thought in this one it feels like they were really loud in the beginning. Mastering this track would give you a 10/10, however I feel it felt short a little short. Good job though.

Did anyone else think the song was broken?

Honestly, not going to lie, but in that 32 seconds, all I heard was a drum and snare that seemed to be overly filtered and there was a weird white noise in the background. Anyone else get the same thing?

Oh...I was expecting more.

When I first listened to it, I was waiting for the drums to get in there and then I listened and...they were in there but the were pretty much dissovled by the main synth. Gotta make the drums harder dude. It sounded good at first, but you lost me with not having the drums up to level. Master it, it sounds good so far.

Distortzion responds:

Geh, I suck at mastering. Thnx for the rev anyway...

Dude this is awesome, we should work together.

Dude, as far as originality goes and after about a year since posting anything new on the audio portals, this song is awesome! It is repetitive, but who cares, this song is good. I like it a lot. I was like "whoa!!" when the Slayer was thrown in there, but it does such a good job of looping around right back to the beginning. You used the drums so well and it gets so intense it's like the product of metal and techno having a child. It's executed very well. You should be proud of this song. By the way, if you ever want to work on a collab, hit up my MSN and email: arcanedragonproductions@hotmail.com

:D Thankyou for such a detailed review :) This has really opened my eyes for future music, as now I know what you all enjoy :D (Other than ParagonX9, of course) I've added you to MSN, but note that I am now PyroSchizBJK, but I cannot change my name on here :(
I have a few songs we could collab, I hope to hear from you soon!

When I think of angels, I think of strings

...and a choir. This is a synth laid on top of a small background choir layer which seems off-key a little bit. Peaceful state of mind...not so much. Leaves much to be desired.

Tishiablo responds:

There's no way that it can be off key because it's in the key of C :P

Maybe off tempo, possibly because it's our third song

Remaster it damn you!!

It's a nice song, complete and very well put together. It needs more work in terms of substance. The melody is there, and being the huge Megaman fan I am, I noticed its missing something; more hardcoreness!! The guitar was nice in the beginning but didn't fill the song when it got halfway through and into the higher notes. It got kind of muffled and died of then came back but...still, more needed. The drums are good, and sometimes there are no cymbals when there need to be them, but when the cymbals are used, they are used correctly but they are too much in the background. However, the use of the instruments was well done. I applaud you.

SeanSullivan responds:

I don't see what your talking about. I don't remember there being that many cymbals in Kuwanger's stage. I think it is fine as is...

Ehh.....you can do better.

The bass was fuzzy, there were no drums, and the whole loop got annoying in the end. It was some FLSlayer layers thrown together, nothing more. I know you can do better though.

SeanSullivan responds:

There is only a bass drum in the original song.

Needs more cowbell...eh...noticeable drums

The song is fine, the riffs are sweet, and the song overall is good. The drums seem to be laying in the background and the song seems to be focusing mainly on the guitars. Nice, but I wish is was just a little bit more hard core.

EliteFerrex responds:

Yeah, I've been working on making my percussion more audible. Thanks for your tip-- I'll definitely take it into consideration! ^^

...meh.
